Bringing sustainability to premier brands

Kering, the new name for PPR, is now the company behind some of the world’s leading fashion, sport and lifestyle brands including Gucci, Stella McCartney and Puma. As part of their new brand positioning they are looking to tell a more unified story about sustainability that gives their brands ‘freedom within a framework’ to make a sustainable difference.

The key engagement challenge for Kering is reaching out to the vast majority of staff who work in the brand companies, and for whom the vision and integrity of their brand is a much more significant driver than the priorities of the Group. Implementing sustainability innovations such as Puma’s Environment P&L across these diverse brands has to be done through inspiration and promotion of shared values, rather than central control. We have been commissioned to develop a new narrative for sustainability focusing on the role of imagination and creativity in making change.
