Harrods: luxury with responsibility
One of the world’s flagship luxury retailers also wants to underline some of its flagship commitments to responsibility and sustainability. The iconic brand and its colours became the spark for the strategy name of ‘Green & Gold’. This fun name sits above a strategy that includes commitments to support British crafts and heritage, and stretching environmental and social goals.
We worked on this complete programme, from designing and leading workshops with their senior sustainability and communications teams through to strategy, internal communications and policy development.
